Gordon Green Gordon Green, PT, OMTbecame the first certified Manual Physical Therapist in the greater Rockford area to be trained in spinal and extremity joint manipulation. He received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University in 1985. Gordon is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, a Private Practice Section (PPS) member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is also a current evaluator for the National Wheelchair Athletics Association.

David Black David Black, PT, MS, OCS concentrates his practice in the area of orthopedic and sports physical therapy, specializing in shoulder and knee rehabilitation. In 1991, David completed his studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he graduated with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy.In May 1998, The American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties awarded him the distinguished title of Orthopedic Certified Specialist. David has also been appointed as an adjunct faculty member with the Physical Therapy Department of Northern Illinois University (NIU) and has given numerous guest lectures at NIU and the University of Minnesota. David is an active member of the Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy Section (OSPT) and a Private Practice Section (PPS) member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Illinois Physical Therapy Association (IPTA).

Res Brown Rex Brown, MS, EP, CEAShas extensive experience in body mechanics training, spinal and scapular stabilization, work conditioning, functional capacity evaluations, and return to work programming. Rex is also strong in injury prevention for industry and has worked with a number of employers in the Northern Illinois area. Additionally he is certified in post-offer screening under WorkSTEPS® for the legal screening and hiring of qualified workers. Rex received his Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from Northern Illinois University (1988).

Rachel Viel Rachel Viel, PT, MS, CWCE specializes in industrial rehabilitation, functional capacity evaluations (FCEs) and acute treatment of work related injuries. She is a Certified Work Capacity Evaluator (CWCE) by Roy Matheson & Associates and is also Orthopedic Rehab Specialist's lead therapist in providing local industry with WorkSTEPS® pre-employment screenings and fit-for-duty testing. Rachel received her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis in 1997.

Mark Skaggs Mark Skaggs, PT, CSCS special interests include orthopedics and sports medicine. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) attaining certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In 1987, Mark graduated from St. Louis University receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. Mark is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Alane Curry Alane Curry, PT, MPT has advanced training in manual therapy for the spine and extremities. She has other special interests in post-surgical rehabilitation, osteoporosis, general orthopedics, geriatrics, balance disorders and peripheral neuropathy. She earned her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University, Davenport, IA in 1998. Alane is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Michael 'Woody' Wood Michael "Woody" Wood, PT, MPT has special interest in orthopedics and treats all musculoskeletal areas with an emphasis on the spine. He is also skilled with performing pre-employment testing for local industry. Woody earned his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy at Northern Illinois University (2006). Woody is also an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and guest lecturer to physical therapy students each year at the University of Minnesota on shoulder rehabilitation.

Colleen Nelson Colleen Nelson, PT, MPT interests are general orthopedic care. She treats a variety of conditions including injuries to the spine, upper and lower extremities including postoperative rehabilitation as well as post-stroke rehabilitation, osteoporosis and urinary incontinence. Colleen earned her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Allegheny University of Health Sciences in Philadelphia, PA (now part of Drexel University) in 1997. Colleen is also an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as well as the Illinois Physical Therapy Association's (IPTA) North Central District.

Drew_Fitzanko Drew Fitzanko, PT, CWT is experienced in the evaluation and treatment of sports-related and work-related injuries, balance disorders, ergonomic assessments, chronic pain syndromes, education and injury prevention programs and falls prevention programs. Drew also provides neurologic and vestibular rehabilitation. He is a 1998 graduate from Northern Illinois University's Physical Therapy program. Drew is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 1996 and has formerly held office with Illinois Physical Therapy Association's (IPTA) North Central District.

Lindsey Nauman, PT, MPT has special interest in outpatient orthopedics including post-operative rehab, sports medicine, functional manual therapy, and upper and lower extremity conditions. Lindsey also has experience operating in an inpatient rehabilitation environment working with patients with acute neurological conditions. She earned a Bachelors of Health and Human Science from Northern Illinois University (NIU) in 2005 and completed her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy at NIU in 2007.

Jenna Villafuerte Jenna Villafuerte, PTAhas special interest in orthopedics and oncology rehabilitation. Additionally, Jenna has years of experience in outpatient and home care settings. Jenna earned her associates degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant at Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville, WI in 1997. She is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Aaron Engel Aaron Engel, MS, ATC is a certified athletic trainer providing lead services for Stillman Valley High School. His interests include orthopedics, sports medicine and industrial rehabilitation. Aaron completed his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from South Dakota State University in 1998 and earned his Masters Degree in Athletic Administration from Eastern Illinois University in 1999. Aaron is also involved with Sports Training Enhancement Programs (STEP), sport specific strength and conditioning courses for middle school and high school athletes.

Scott Cole Scott Cole, MS, ATC, CSCS is a certified athletic trainer providing lead services to the Rockford RiverHawks and Winnebago High School. Scott's interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, and strength and conditioning. He completed his Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2007 and his Masters Degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 2009. Both degrees are in Athletic Training. He is a member of the National Athletic Training Association (NATA) and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
